BangoPure European Circular Summit 2027
Six days in Ireland in February 2027, where development finance institutions, government delegations and enterprise investors meet the African circular economy operators who are ready to scale. Smaller and more senior than a trade show, with a programme designed for decisions rather than introductions.
Investment, policy and cross-continental partnerships in one programme
The Summit brings BangoPure's DFI relationships, its African alumni network and its EU institutional presence together in one programme built around investment, policy and cross-continental supply chain partnerships. Delegates arrive with live mandates, capital to deploy and procurement requirements to fill, and the week is structured so that those conversations turn into agreements before it ends.
The timing is deliberate. February 2027 is the month the EU Battery Passport mandate activates. The regulatory wave lands, and demand for implementation guidance, DFI co-investment and verified supply chain partnerships is at its most intense.
Ireland is the natural home. BangoPure Europe Limited is an Irish entity, and the Enterprise Ireland and IDA Ireland networks are within reach. The European Circular Summit is the institutional event in the BangoPure calendar: a senior delegate base, a dedicated DFI briefing room, bilateral government meeting rooms and a supply chain deal-making floor, all under one roof for six days.
Several places at the Summit are issued only on verification of DFI affiliation, through official delegation registration, or to confirmed alumni of BangoPure's African circular economy network.

The circular economy after the Battery Passport
Delegate arrival, registration and delegation accreditation. Opening keynote. The exhibition and pavilion floor opens for the full six days. Evening Welcome Reception.
DFI engagement and co-investment
Sessions with programme officers from the major multilateral and bilateral institutions. The dedicated DFI briefing room opens. Co-investment matchmaking between DFIs, enterprise investors and African operators.
Capital meets operators
