Catalyst By BangoPure is BangoPure's flagship platform for advancing Africa's visibility and standing in the global circular economy. It brings together verified African suppliers, exporters, artisans and cooperatives with the European buyers, investors and institutions who need what Africa produces.
Three summit days carry the Circular Economy Conference, the Africa to UK Commerce Bridge, Waste to Wealth sessions, Digital Product Passport masterclasses, investment showcases, investor pitches and government procurement sessions. Four trade days keep the exhibition floor open with product demonstrations, an artisan marketplace and pre-scheduled B2B meetings. Two workshop days give artisans hands-on craft skills, certification and marketplace readiness training, ending with the Artisan Pitch Finals on VIP Trade Day.
Catalyst is designed to produce outcomes rather than contacts. Meetings are matched and scheduled before delegates arrive, trading happens on the floor during the event, and the awards, fashion show and pitch finals give makers and founders a public stage in front of the buyers and investors they need to reach.
Everything is booked separately. A visitor can come for a single afternoon on the trade floor, an artisan can book only the workshops, and a corporate delegate can take the full week.

Move-in and Welcome Reception
Exhibitor stand build from 08:00, delegate registration, a Pre-Summit Workshop for early arrivals, then canapés, drinks and the Welcome Address from 17:30.
Keynotes and the Commerce Bridge
Opening Keynote, two Africa to UK Commerce Bridge panels, Circular Economy Conference and Waste to Wealth sessions. The trade floor opens all day with product demo slots.
Masterclasses and the Investment Showcase
Two DPP deep-dive masterclasses, the Investment Showcase, breakout workshops and the Certified Circular Artisan Assessment as a parallel track.
Investor pitches and procurement
Concurrent tracks open. Two investor pitch sessions, the Government Procurement Session and bookable one to one mentorship and business consultation slots.
Craft, certification and Pitch Finals
Early floor access for VIP buyers, Craft Skills Workshop, Certification Assessment, the Marketplace Preview and the Artisan Pitch Finals from 16:30.
Waste2Wealth Gala
Red carpet from 18:00, Eco-Fashion Show, Speech Awards, the £25,000 Pitch Award ceremony, live band and dancing until carriages. Black tie or cultural formal.

Circular Economy Conference
Three seated days of keynotes, Commerce Bridge panels, Waste to Wealth sessions, DPP masterclasses, EU ESPR 2027 compliance sessions, the Investment Showcase and the Government Procurement Session.
Trade Exhibition
Four open trade days with an artisan marketplace, stands from starter to corporate pavilion, product demo slots, a visitor lead capture system and the Africa to UK Commerce Bridge exhibition area.
B2B investor and partnership meetings
Pre-scheduled 30 minute one to one meetings with investors, buyers or partner organisations matched to your objectives, a B2B lounge and the closed Africa to UK Investment Forum on Day 3.
Eco-Artisan Workshops
A two day intensive on Days 4 and 5 for makers and creative entrepreneurs: craft skills led by master artisans, DPP fundamentals with live product verification, certification and marketplace readiness.
Eco-Fashion Show
Sustainable designers show collections on the Gala runway, either self-sufficient with their own models and styling, or with models and makeup provided.
Awards and the £25,000 Pitch Award
Businesses and individuals enter award categories, finalists take the Gala stage, and the Pitch Award is presented on the final night in front of the whole community.
Waste2Wealth Gala
The closing night. Red carpet reception, dinner, Eco-Fashion Show, Speech Awards, the Pitch Award ceremony, a live band and dancing. Seats and hosted tables.
Virtual and hybrid
Live streaming of keynotes and panels across the summit days, and an on-demand recordings library for twelve months after the event.
The Corridor
The closed, hosted exchange inside Catalyst where obligated European buyers meet verified African supply and sign in the room. Admitted by assessment, never sold. Learn how admission works.

The Corridor runs on its own timetable and in its own closed space across Days 1 to 5. Buyers are hosted, suppliers are admitted by assessment, investors and delegations enter by application, and every deal signed on the floor is recorded in the CATALYST Ledger with both parties' consent.
